Audrey Tautou is the youngest of four children born on August 9th, 1976 from Beaumont Puy de Domme. Audrey's parents who was both dentists and teacher, were aware of and supported their daughter's enthusiasm for drama and theater at the age of a stage novice. This support was enough to combat her desire to become an animal scientist. Her fame grew as an actress in her early years and achieved enormous achievement. Her career began in earnest at the age of 1999 when she started acting professionally. In the years following her studies, Tautou was a participant in the French television show for talent scouting called Jeunes Premiers. Tautou was a member of the church as well as the Institut Catholique de Paris during her early years, but now dissociates herself from the aforementioned societal influences. The modeling and acting careers of Tautou were intertwined. She became the face of L'Oreal Mont Blanc Chanel, and she is often known as The Chanel Muse. Photography is another hobby and she has recently displayed her work at the Arles festival under the name Superficial. Her photos are mostly about famous people and celebrities. Also, they include a collection of self portraits in addition. Audrey Tautou's debut part, playing Amelie Poulain's lead actor in the film Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie, landed her fame to the world. Amelie has been undoubtedly a huge box office smash internationally and has been lauded at numerous award events around the globe. Amelie is the most successful french-language film to hit the US. After this film, Tautou appeared in a variety of films, ranging from British dramas to Jean Pierre Jeunet's long dimanche de fiancailles. She then moved to Hollywood and starred with Tom Hanks alongside Ron Howard in The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown.
