Pastor

Dwayne is currently the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He is a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the future generation of Biblical counselors. He is a Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online publications as well as a contributing author in Christ-Centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne has three kids along together with his wife Leslie.

Norman was keyed to be a top athletic player for Brockport which was where she played at the defensive end of the ball.
